The
National Attorneys Network (NAN)
is a nationwide network comprised of roughly 60 of the top collection law
firms from across the country. Using EDI (electronic data interface) technology,
the network allows for the immediate transfer of pre and post-charge-off accounts
for collection. Credit grantors can transmit their accounts to the most appropriate
NAN attorney, via the network. It allows for the seamless transfer and monitoring
of claims, and places emphasis on professional and effective handling of each
claim.
