Collections
Upon attorney
review, a matter may be forwarded to the collection staff after the appropriate
FDCPA letter is sent.These accounts include installment loans, notes, credit
cards, deficiencies, school loans, commercial, insurance, and medical accounts.
Legal action is commenced within set time frames as discussed with the client,
pursuant to FDCPA and state collection laws. A record of all contact and activity
is maintained. Once a judgment is obtained, collection is rapid, as the groundwork
for locating assets and confirming employment occurs prior to the judgment
being entered.
Bankruptcy
Ensuring
creditors' rights in bankruptcy depends upon exercising those rights systematically
and professionally. Attendance at the First Meeting can be critical in many
situations. Our firm has been at the forefront of representing creditors in
bankruptcy cases in Colorado, including motions for relief from stay, reaffirmation
agreements, Chapter 13 objections and complaints to determine dischargeability.
Replevin
and Foreclosure
Repossession
of collateral through the replevin process can be difficult at times, and

conclusion. Real Estate foreclosures through the Public Trustee or the judicial
