F. Farrell
Practicing
creditors' rights in the state of Colorado since 1979, Mr. Farrell has extensive
trial experience in state and federal bankruptcy courts. He has lectured to
creditors on bankruptcy, FDCPA and state collection laws. Born in Tacoma,
Washington in 1954, Mr. Farrell received his Bachelor of Arts degree (cum
laude) from Knox College in 1976, and then pursued his Juris Doctorate at
DePaul University Law School, which he received in 1979. In that same year,
he was admitted to the Colorado Bar and the U.S. District Court, District
of Colorado. He is a member of the Arapahoe County Bar, and the National Association
of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA.) .

A. Seldin
Newark,
New Jersey was Mr. Seldin's place of birth. Born in 1957, he received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1980,
and continued towards his Juris Doctorate, which he received from the University
of Denver in 1984. The following year, he was admitted and is a member of
the Colorado Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado.
